38 Philbeach Gardens was acquired as an unmodernised HMO block. We recently completed a full refurbishment to the block including the conversion of the existing bedsits and communal facilities to provide 9 studios and one 1 bedroom apartment as well as creation of roof terrace, replacement of all windows and a garden studio to the rear.
