Leufroy has secured planning to create two extended C3 residential units on the ground floor, extending into the garden. By lowering the existing floor of these units by 1.5 meters, we aim to enhance the connection between the flats and the garden and significantly improve the floor-to-ceiling heights. The remaining 10 HMO units, with two on the ground floor, four on the first floor, and four on the second floor, will be refurbished to a high standard, incorporating the latest HMO design requirements from Camden.
