14 Edith Road is an unmodernised and unextended end of terrace freehold with 2,800 sq ft spread over two maisonettes. We achieved a strong planning consent comprising of the conversion of the building into four units with extensions over all floors including; a full width extension at lower ground floor, infill extension on ground floor, partial infill extensions on first and second floors, and a front and rear dormer extension on the third floor. These extensions reflect an increase in the NIA of the property by 40% and the proposed consented scheme comprises of 3 x 2 bedroom flats, 1 x 3 bedroom flat and 1 x 1 bedroom flat.
