12 Roland Gardens

Leufroy has successfully acquired 12 Roland Gardens, a 4,617 sq ft period building in the heart of Kensington, on behalf of a “buy to hold” investor. The property is currently registered as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and divided into 14 units. Leufroy plans to continue renting out the property, with lettings and management handled by our sister company, City Relay. At the same time, our development team will be working to secure planning consent for a rear extension and a reconfiguration of the interior layout. The goal is to optimise the space by consolidating some units, creating larger, more liveable areas for future residents, while preserving the charm of this period property.
