We are thrilled to oversee the transformation of the historic Grade II listed building at 12-18 Grosvenor Gardens in the prestigious district of Belgravia. As Project Managers, we are tasked with creating 5,500 square feet of premium, open-plan workspace tailored for a leading tech business. The design marries classic architectural elegance with modern workplace functionality, featuring a living wall for a touch of nature, fluted glass crittall-effect meeting rooms that balance privacy with openness, and responsive lighting systems that adapt to natural light and user preferences. Additionally, the space will include well-being rooms dedicated to mental and physical health, break-out spaces, and sound booths, designed to foster collaboration and creativity.
