We acquired 73 Philbeach Gardens, a large freehold block overlooking Philbeach Gardens, on behalf of a family office. We gained consent to extend the back of the property along with extending the Lower Ground floor to create an extra room. We reconfigured the block to create 13 self contained flats including 6 one beds and 7 studio flats. Since acquiring the property, we have managed to increased the total rental income by 70%.
