5 Kenway Road is a nine unit HMO that was completely unmodernised. We acquired this on behalf of a client where we sought planning approval to make three of the nine units fully self-contained, increasing the rental value. We also extended into the loft through permitted development, creating additional mezzanine floor space for two of the units.
