25 Coleherne Road is a block situated in West Chelsea and is a short walk away from West Brompton and Earls Court stations. It was originally built as a single house between 1872-1873 but has since been sub-divided into a series of ten individual studio flats. The building falls within the Boltons Conservation Area and is highlighted as making a positive contribution to the conservation area. We are working with the client on this project as Design Consultants and Project Managers to upgrade the building to a high specification to include air-conditioning, underfloor heating in bathrooms, smart digital locks, and glazed crittal partitioning to break up the studios. The flats are being designed to suit the needs of young professionals and executive business travellers.
