The property is not listed but it is situated within the Boltons Conservation area and we acquired the second floor flat which included a share of the freehold.
We transformed this flat from a single level one bedroom unit, into a three bedroom split level flat with a full mansard story and back wing extension with a new private terrace, doubling the floor space. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe and Juliette balcony at the rear of the property.
