Works at 25 Coleherne Road are complete

Our project at 25 Coleherne Road in West Chelsea is now complete! After acquiring the block in an unmodernised condition, Leufroy successfuly secured planning for the full refurbishment and associated extensions to provide 10 amazing self contained flats. The works are now finished and we have achieved a significant increase in the rent of 146% as a result.
