Another acquisition on Pembridge Square!

We exchanged and completed on the five-storey property, which dates back to the mid-19th century is at 29 Pembridge Square in the capital’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It was bought from charity DHEF.

The asset was originally built as a single house, but its current structure features several bedsits with shared facilities. Leufroy’s final project still depends on approval from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s planning department, but aims to recreate a layout “closer to the original one”.

Max Skipworth, partner at Leufroy, told React: “After more than a year of focused and strategic efforts to acquire this off-market block on Pembridge Square, we are proud to announce our success in finalising the deal. This marks the second block that we have secured on Pembridge Square, demonstrating our consistent dedication to our core strategy of revitalising unmodernised buildings in prime central London.”

Maxime Leufroy-Murat, partner at Leufroy, added: “We are all about getting down to the nitty gritty, bringing out the historical elements of the place, and making sure it stands as a tribute to the original architect’s plans.”
